Cybernetics Conversation

I am a former enterprise archtect, now retired and volunteering for a number of local community groups in Surrey (Weybridge Society, Green Elmbridge and Healthy Travel Surrey) concentrating on sustainable travel. I have an OU   diploma in Systems Thinking and am  interested in the Cybernetics of collaborative design and decision-making .    Surrey is transitioning to a Unitary Authority, and I don't think much attention is being given to looking at how the ecosystem of council members, councill officers, businesses, institutions, community groups and citizens can create a more sustainable transport system, with more walking and cycling.
I enjoyed reading Dan Davies' book so wanted to take the opportunity to meet him.
